Hi Meredith,When thinking of a blog topic the first thing that comes to mind is your eecerixnpe in the kitchen. I would love to read about some of your eecerixnpes cooking in various parts of the world. What are some of your most memorable chef eecerixnpes outside of the U.S.? What is a favorite menu item you helped create in a restaurant? I think a blog entry on this would be great. You have so much eecerixnpe and are so well traveled that I am sure this would offer a few stories to tell.

He is sooo talented and crevtiae. I chuckle every time I see his illustrations in Swerve, they always bring a smile to my face. If I had 1% of his talent in creating delectable food, and capturing our attention with his eye catching and thoughtful drawings, I would be very very fortunate ..and happy!
